I will cover every step of fundamental training including treat training, obedience, collar conditioning, force fetch, force to a pile, sit to a pile, three handed casting and advanced-t. You will learn the fine details and how to troubleshoot when things don't go exactly as planned.

Blind Training & Handling Workshop Advanced Field Trial
Vernon, FL
There is no greater test of discipline, teamwork and skill than a blind. Over the course of three days, I'll evaluate you and your dog's performance. We'll determine where you need to improve, and develop a plan that will move you toward being a better blind running team. We'll run drills and blinds designed to polish the team's fundamental skills. We'll examine blinds with a fine tooth comb so that you can learn how to read and understand the test, as well as come up with a plan for success.

This workshop is designed to teach your dog to make good decisions around the water. We will cover getting in at the correct spot, exiting at the correct area, persevering all the way to the retrieve and accurate handling in the water.
I will evaluate your retriever's fundamental skills and make suggestions where there needs to be improvement. We will run drills and blinds to teach concepts and guide them to being confident, relaxed and balanced in their water work.
